<p>The moisture meter is available in several versions with different nominal bore:<br />
DN 50, DN 80 and DN 125 mm, and different allowable pressure: PN 1.6 (16 atm);<br />
РN 2.5 (25 atm); РN 4.0 (40 atm); РN 6.3 (63 atm) and РN 10.0 (100 atm).</p>
<p>Length, diameter, nominal pressure, flange types, operational temperature and other moisture analyzer parameters can be adjusted<br />
according to customer requirements.</p>
<p>The moisture control device can be equipped with an electronic unit either in general purpose industrial version or version with 1ExdIIBT5, IP66 certified explosion-proof enclosure.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The principle of moisture meter operation is based on environmental sensing using VHF band waves. Unlike microwave moisture meters, in which centimeter wavelength is used, this device can be used for gravel, rubber, wood chips, etc.<br />
The construction of the <a href="https://instrumetrics.com/?post_type=product&amp;lang=ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE&amp;s=sensor" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sensor</a> is leak-proof and provides high reliability and mechanical stability.<br />
Using stainless steel and ceramic seals provides resistance to corrosion and the possibility of probe application in drying machines with <a href="https://instrumetrics.com/?post_type=product&amp;lang=ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE&amp;s=temperatures" target="_blank" rel="noopener">temperatures</a> more than 200 °C.</p>
<p><strong>High accuracy of measurement</strong> by averaging measurement results over the entire material volume.</p>
<p>The moisture meter sensors for <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulk_cargo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bulk materials</a> are available in two versions with different <a href="https://instrumetrics.com/?post_type=product&amp;lang=ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE&amp;s=probe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">probe</a> types:<br />
1. The <a href="https://instrumetrics.com/?post_type=product&amp;lang=ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE&amp;s=sensor+probe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sensor probe</a> is formed as a straight rod with the ends fixed by special couplings on the opposite walls of the hopper. The sensor provides control of the greater volume of material and offers an accurate assessment of moisture in the material with inhomogeneous moisture distribution.<br />
2. The sensor probe is configured as a flat-topped bracket which is mounted on the wall of the hopper via couplings. Or mounted in the screw, cyclone outlet.</p>
