Vibration transmitter – iT150

Wilcoxon’s 4-20 mA vibration transmitter module, the iT150, provides an easy means to connect a standard IEPE vibration sensor to a PLC, DCS, or SCADA system. The transmitter’s input provides power to and measures the signal from either an accelerometer, piezo velocity sensor, or dual (vibration and temperature) output sensor.

The input circuitry has a wide frequency response, capable of measuring signals between 0.2 Hz and 20,000 Hz, as well as a True Peak detection mode out to 25 kHz. Compatible with dual output sensors – Monitor vibration and temperature simultaneously, Output two separate 4-20 mA signals. True Peak detection band – Measure acceleration signals out to 25 kHz, Capture comprehensive signal input, Quickly detect impacts, and transient vibrations. Wide power supply voltage range – Accepts 11-32 VDC power input, Easily adaptable to battery-powered supplies, Plug-and-play capability.
